Looking for some holiday reads so you can relax during this sometimes stressful season? Or looking for some last minute gifts? Ebooks are easy to shop for! Hela Takes a Holiday by Rebekah Lewis It's lonely being the queen of the dead. Hela longs for a life among the living, and a chance at love. When Loki grants her wish, she's elated…only to discover later that even a trickster god's daughter isn't safe from his deceit. How can she learn to adapt to life on Midgard if her presence disrupts the balance of life and death? Björn the Untouchable requires a wife…but isn't in a hurry to find one. Escaping the festivities of Yule, he discovers a naked woman in the middle of the forest. Something about her isn't quite right, and having the same name as a death goddess is a bad omen to be sure. Nevertheless, he's completely enchanted by her. Hela has only twelve days of the Yule celebration to remain human, but otherworldly threats linger. Can she find true love in the arms of a Viking warrior in the land of the living, or will she be the cause of an entire village's destruction? Only Loki knows, but he's not one to share his schemes… Bustles and Bells: A Holiday Steampunk Anthology Join New York Times, USA Today, bestselling and award-winning speculative fiction authors as they celebrate the holidays this December in steampunk style. Tinsel and trains, tinkers and time-machines, garlands and gaslamps grace the stories in this limited-time anthology. Pirating Christmas by Leona Bushman Christmas Eve, Captain Faraway and her crew are ordered to a desolate planet to rescue a crashed cruise ship. However, all is not as it seems. With the commander of the pleasure ship not being forthcoming, most of the surviving passengers didn't know they'd been shot down. Faraway is put in the position of revealing some unpleasant truths to attractive medical officer Ethan Roarke. Can Captain Faraway and the sexy doctor ferret out those whom don't belong before they've killed her crew and taken over her vessel, or will they pirate Christmas along with their ships? Rebellious Angel by Dawn Brower Miss Angeline Marsden has a defiant nature and makes no apologies for it. Her parents would prefer she didn't participate in the local suffragette group, but she believes all women's voices should be heard. After she finds herself in trouble she can't extricate herself from she has no choice but to turn to the one man she's always loved and treats her like a sister. Much to Lucian St. John, the Marquess of Severn's dismay he's always been drawn to Angeline. She's his one irresistible temptation; however, she's also his best friends' sister, and off limits. When she finds herself in a mess of her own making he comes to her rescue and offers to marry her. Lucian and Angeline never dared dream they could have a future together. Marriage is the last thing either of them expected and it is the one thing they both want. Will they find a way to open their hearts to each other and obtain their Christmas wish. Divine Justice by Shelli Rosewarne He was sent to judge her... not fall for her. As a justice angel, Jeremiah had been dispensing heavenly judgement for millenia. While he used to love his job, take pride it, then centuries of watching humans turn to selfishness and greed had left him cynical and bitter. These were no fit emotions for an angel and when he is summoned before the Archangel Council he is willing to accept his fate. Instead he is given one final task, one last judgement. Holly was used to being alone. It didn't mean she didn't love her life, her friends, her work at the shelter. For Christmas though, she just wanted one thing; hope. Hospital tests were never fun and Holly had spent enough time being poked and prodded to never want to go through it again. When she encounters the mysterious Jeremiah she knows there's something different about him. Something that has her inviting him in out of the cold and into her home, where the fire isn't the only thing keeping them warm. As secrets pile up faster than the snow outside, and lives hang in the balance, can Holly and Jeremiah both manage to get what they really want this Christmas? An Angel for the Tree by Shelli Rosewarne Daniel is a modern day Scrooge, but when a beautiful angel shows up on his doorstep can he believe in a Christmas miracle? Daniel Everett is having a bad day. Firstly, it’s almost Christmas and he’s convinced Scrooge had the right idea in the first place, secondly his latest nanny has left him to cope alone with his five year old daughter – and quite frankly he would rather deal with several cut-throat mergers before breakfast than one small child. When the beautiful Laurel shows up on his doorstep she’s a gift from heaven – literally! Unbeknown to him, Laurel is a real life angel and his carefully ordered life is about to be turned upside down as she’s determined to help Daniel feel again and to reconnect with his daughter. What neither of them bank on is the sparks that fly between them. As Laurel starts to thaw Daniel’s icy exterior, can he learn to trust again and start to believe in the impossible – and can they ever overcome the obstacles of coming from two separate worlds? And of course I happen to have two Christmas novellas out as well. They are connected by two brothers, but you can read them individually. Not So Silent Night by Sheri Velarde Anna is a lonely woman, running her dead grandmother's flower shop. She hates Christmas and could not feel more lost when a handsome and mysterious Russian, Alexander, walks into her shop and her life. Each has secrets that they are harboring. Just as their passion erupts, the good old boys in town threaten to ruin everything. Getting to know each other is tough for most couples, adding in magic does not make it any easier. Now with a pack of werewolves out to destroy them, things become intense. They find themselves in a fight for their lives. Can their newfound love give them the strength to win against this threat and trust in the future? Very Friendly Beasts by Sheri Velarde Mikhail is only in Paris to finding the missing heir to the German fox clan so that he can return to Russia and celebrate his last Christmas of freedom. Soon the Gathering would be called and he would be forced to find a mate. However, things become much more interesting than expected when he meet Ellie. Not only is his missing fox fierce and gorgeous, there is a connection between them that neither of them can explain. Before they can explore what is going on between them though, Mikhail must help Ellie as she faced some darkness from her past. Courage, magic, and maybe even love will help them both on a journey to find the future that they deserve. Can Mikhail and Ellie overcome their pasts and trepidation about the future in order to truly find the Christmas spirit and so much more? All title have been linked so that you can go forth and celebrate the season with some fun reads!

I am so thrilled that my Christmas novella, Very Friendly Beasts, is finally out! This one was a hard one to write, but in the end I am very proud of it. All the blood, sweat, and tears that went into this work payed off in the end and I really hope that my readers agree. This is of course the long awaited sequel to my other Christmas novella, Not So Silent Night. Both stories are only .99 cents and free on Kindle Unlimited! They are a great way to treat yourself and steam up these chilly December nights! Link: mybook.to/VeryFriendlyBeasts And now how about an exclusive excerpt from Very Friendly Beasts? Mikhail sighed as he hailed a cab. Normally, he would want to lose himself in the women and men of Paris, but with the ever present face of his impending responsibility looming over him, he couldn’t even muster up the energy for a little naughtiness. No, he would find his fox first and insure the Gathering, and then maybe he could have let loose. Despite the task at hand and this being a trip of duty rather than leisure, it was hard not to admire the beauty of Paris all around him. After checking into his hotel, Mikhail had time to kill before going to a fashion gala where he might be able to corner his missing fox. He found himself wandering towards the Eiffel tower, loving how beautifully lit the structure was, the laughs coming from those skating on the ice rink there, the smells and sights from the little Christmas market that enticed him to shop for some Christmas gifts to take home. Yes, there really was no place like Paris. He only wished he could be sharing it with someone right now. “Next time I come to Paris, I will have chosen a mate,” he said to himself, not sure if that thought cheered or terrified him. The holidays are here and while you are busy buying gifts for others, why not treat yourself as well? Not So Silent Night is a fun and sexy paranormal romance sure to heat up your holidays!
